• 02 Years of relevant industrial experience

Trainee Engineer – I

• Full time B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronics) with 55% & above for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates. 

• 01 Years of relevant industrial experience

The upper Age Limit as on 01/12/2022 for the posts of Project Engineer & Trainee Engineer are Following

• Project Engineer – I - 32 Posts

Salary / Pay Scale For BEL Recruitment 2023

Project Engineer-I will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended up to maximum of FOUR years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.40,000, Rs.45,000/- ,Rs.50,000/- and Rs.55,000/- for the 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th year of contract respectively

• 1st Year - Rs.40,000
• 2nd Year - Rs.45,000/-
• 3rd Year - Rs.50,000/-
• 4th Year - Rs.55,000/-

Trainee Engineer-I will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to maximum of Three years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.30,000, Rs.35,000/- & Rs.40,000/- for the 1st , 2nd and 3rd year of contract respectively

• 1st Year - Rs.30,000/-
• 2nd Year - Rs.35,000/-
• 3rd Year - Rs.40,000/-
