Educational Qualifications
Candidates Should Have 03 years full time Diploma Degrees in Engineering (Electrical /Civil/ Mechanical) from an Institution that is recognized by AICTE. Minimum 70% marks (aggregate) of all semesters in Diploma and minimum 60% marks (aggregate) in Matriculation or equivalent exam.
Upper Age Limit
- For general candidates: Should have been born between December 1,1994 and December 1, 2004 (both days inclusive)
- For SC/ST candidates: Should have been born between December 1, 1993 and December 1, 2004 (both days inclusive).

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will have to appear for Written test which will consist of questions on the following:
- Syllabus of Diploma program of respective branch, Mathematics (Up to Matriculation level), GK & English (All questions would be multiple choice). Those who qualify in the written test will be interviewed by a duly constituted selection committee.
- On successful completion of training, the selected candidates will be placed at an appropriate level and will be placed at any location of Tata Steel USIL Ltd.
