Project Engineer – I 

• Candidate Should Have B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (4-year course) Engineering degree in Electronics /Mechanical /Computer Science /Electrical Civil Engineering from recognized University / Institution / College with 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates. With Minimum 02 Years of relevant industrial post qualification experience

Trainee Engineer – I 

• Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B. Tech/ B.Sc Engineering (4 year course) in Mechanical /Electronics / Computer science / Electrical / Architecture from a recognized institute/university with 2 Years experience and General/OBC/EWS candidates should have secured first class, SC/ST/PWD candidates should have secured pass class. With Minimum 06 Months of relevant industrial post qualification experience

Trainee Officer (Finance) – I 

• Two years MBA in Finance from reputed University/ Institution/ College with 55% and above for General / EWS / OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates With 06 Months Posts Qualification Experience.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2022 

• Selection will be through interview (video based). The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria With Respect To essential educational qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as follows:

• Percentage of Marks obtained in Essential educational qualification (CGPA score shall be converted into percentage of marks) - 75 % (75 Marks)

• Candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria of relevant work experience as mentioned will be awarded 2.5 marks. For every completed 6 months of relevant work experience, 1.25 marks will be awarded. The maximum marks in this criterion is limited to 10 marks. - 10 Marks

• Interview (Video - Based) Interview for the shortlisted candidates - 15 Marks

• Candidates will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the above criteria (out of 85 marks), in the ratio of 1:5
