Educational Qualifications for MPPGCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023
- candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering or a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline from AICTE/ UGC approved University/ Institute with minimum 65% marks (or equivalent CGPA) for UR/ OBC category or 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) for employees working in successor companies of MPSEB. Candidate possessing regular B.E./B.Tech. or AMIE Degree in relevant branch of Engineering may also apply.
- For SC/ ST/ PWD/ EWS category candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 55%.

MPPGCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023 exam Pattern
- The CBT will be of Two (2) hours duration
- The test will contain 100 multiple-choice questions, with 75 questions in the relevant discipline and 25 questions in General Awareness & Aptitude.
- The duration of the online examination/ CBT shall be two hours, and there will be no negative marking. Online examination/ CBT will be conducted in the cities within the State of M.P.
- The candidate shall secure 01 mark for each correct answer & there will be No negative marking for any wrong answer
Application fees for MPPGCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023
As per the MPPGCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023 notification, the application fee for Unreserved Category candidates will be Rs. 1200/- (including GST).
For SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/PWD candidates of M.P domicile, the application fee will be Rs. 600/- (including GST).
- For UR / SEBC Candidate - Rs. 1200/- (including GST).

Salary / Pay Scale for MPPGCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023
- On successful completion of the training, the candidates will be appointed as Junior engineer (Level 8 ) on probation for a period of 1 (one) year in regular establishment in the Pay Matrix:- Rs. 32,800/- to Rs. 1,03,600/- with Initial Basic Pay of Rs. 32,800/-
