- Candidate Should have B.E/B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates And 02 Years of relevant industrial post qualification experience
Trainee Engineer – I
- Candidate Should have B.E/B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates And 01 Years of relevant industrial post qualification experience

Salary / Pay Scale (contract Basis) for BEL Recruitment 2023
Project Engineer – I
Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended upto a maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual's performance.
- 1st Year- Rs. 40,000/-
- 2nd Year - Rs. 45,000/-
- 3rd Year - Rs. 50,000/-
- 4th Year - Rs. 55,000/-
Trainee Engineer – I
Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended upto a maximum of three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual's performance
- 1st Year- Rs. 30,000/-
- 2nd Year- Rs.35,000/-
- 3rd Year- Rs.40,000/-

Application Fees for BEL Recruitment 2023 for Trainee & Project Engineer
- Project Engineer – I - Rs.400 + 18% GST
- Trainee Engineer – I - Rs. 150 + 18% GST
- For PWD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2023 for Trainee & Project Engineer
- Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test).
- 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit
- Written test duration will be for 85 marks .Time duration will be 90 minutes with no negative marking.
- TEST CENTRE FOR WRITTEN TEST: DELHI/NCR only
- The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company's website.
