Educational Qualifications for WBSETCL Recruitment 2023

Graduate Engineer Apprentice :

• Candidate Shave have Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering (04 years full time course) from any Institute recognized by the AICTE.

Diploma Engineer Apprentice : 

• Candidate Should Have Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology (03 years full time course) from any institute recognized by the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.

Training Duration for WBSETCL Recruitment 2023

• Duration of Training will be 12 Months as per Apprentices Act 1961 and commensurate policies/rules of the organization.

Salary / Stipend for WBSETCL Recruitment 2023

• Graduate Engineer Apprentice : - Rs 9,000/- Per Months 

• Diploma Engineer Apprentice : Rs 8,000/- Per Months

STEP – 1 : The interested eligible candidates are required to register themselves in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal (https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in) and apply for ““West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited” from the establishment list in the said portal using their NATS login ID within 31.01.2023 (upto 4.00 P.M.). 

• The candidates are required to update their details in the NATS portal, especially the Name, Mobile Number, E-mail ID, Percentage of Mark, Father’s Name, Community/Caste and Year of Passing.

Selection Process for WBSETCL Recruitment 2023  

• The List of candidates for Graduate Apprentice (Elect.) and Technician Apprentice (Elect.) obtained from the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal (https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in), who have applied for “West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited” from the establishment list in the said portal using their NATS login ID within 31.01.2023 (4.00 P.M.), will only be considered for subsequent selection procedure.

• The selection shall be made based on merit (i.e. based on overall percentage (%) of marks secured in the qualifying examination) from the list of registered candidates, downloaded from the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal (https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in) 

• The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Document verification through their registered email IDs only.
