- Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation / Electrical / IT / Computer Science / Civil Engineering with min. 60% aggregate marks
OR
- B.Sc (Computer Science)/B.Sc (Electronics with Computer Science) with min. 60% aggregate marks

Technician-B
- Min. 60% marks in SSC + Recognized Trade certificate (I.T.I/NCVT) in Electronics/ Instrument Mechanic /Electronics Mechanic / Chemical Plant/Laboratory Assistant-Chemical Plant / Plumb / Binder / printer / Diesel/Auto Mechanic/Mechanic-Motor Vehicle trade of not less than one year duration.

- A Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks.
Desirable:
