- M.Sc., in Marine Biology /Microbiology /Biochemistry Zoology aquaculture/B.Tech. in Bio technology/ from a recognized university / Institute with at least (60%)marks in the qualifying degree level.
- with Seven years’ experience in Research &Development in the fields of marine microbes/ marine algal / marine fish culture/ Ballast water treatment.

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engg. from a recognized university / Institute with atleast(60%) marks in the qualifying degree level.
- With Three years’ experience in Research & Development, Survey / Planning, supervision or training in the relevant field.
