NPCIL Executive Trainee 2022 - Educational Qualifications

Candidate Should have Degree in BE/B Tech/B Sc (Engineering)/5 year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the 6 engineering disciplines mentioned in the Table below from University/Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. A minimum of 60% marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university.

Applicants must have a valid GATE-2020 or GATE-2021 or GATE-2022 Score in the same engineering discipline.

Upper Age Limit

Candidates should Age Upto 26 Years Can Apply for NPCIL Recruitment 2022 for Engineers.

Categories wise Age Relaxation as per Government Rule.

Salary/ Pay Scale for Executive Trainee in NPCIL

Stipend - During Training :

Monthly Stipend – Rs.55,000/-
One time Book Allowance – Rs.18,000/-
Mandatory Lodging & Boarding– In accommodation as provided by NPCIL.

After successful completion of training, Executive Trainee will be appointed

as Scientific Officer/C in Group ‘A’ as detailed below :

Scientific Officer/C (Level 10) - Rs.56,100/-
34% of Pay in the Pay Matrix (as on 01.01.2022)

Selection Process for NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2022 through GATE

Shortlisting of candidates for personal interview for the posts of Executive Trainee 2022 will be done in the order of merit drawn on the basis of valid GATE 2020, GATE 2021 and GATE 2022 Scores by applying ratio of 1:12.

Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2020 or GATE 2021 or GATE 2022 Scores.

Application Fees for NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2022 through GATE

Application Fees for GEN / OBC / EWS Candidates will be Rs. 500/-

However, Female applicants, applicants belonging to SC/ST category, Ex-serviceman, Dependents of Defence Personnel Killed in Action (DODPKIA), PwBDs and employees of NPCIL are exempted from payment of application fee.
