Educational Qualification For GACL Recruitment 2021

Chief Manager / Senior Manager (HR & IR)

Candidates Should Have MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW , full time course from a recognized university / institute

Candidate should be having prior experience of 15-20 years in employee relations or industrial relations department.

Senior Officer / Officer (Finance)

B.Com. with CA/ CMA from a recognized university

Candidate should have minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in finance department of manufacturing industries. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Chemicals industry

Manager / Senior Officer (HR)

MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW , full time course from a recognized university / institute

The candidate should have minimum. 07 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Human resources

Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) from recognized university

Candidate should have minimum 1-5 years of post qualification experience in maintenance of mechanical equipments of heavy chemicals / fertilizer / petrochemical industries

Executive Trainee (Chemical)

B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical) from govt recognized university

Only those candidates who have passed their B.E / B. Tech degree from the year 2019 to 2021 can apply. The candidates should have secured min. 60% and above marks in Bachelor's Degree

Executive Trainee (Finance)

B.Com with CA/ CMA from a recognized university

Only those candidates who have completed their CA (Final) / CMA (Final) in the year 2019,2020 and 2021 can apply.

Executive Trainee (HR)

MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW , full time course from a recognized university / institute

This position is on contract basis for 01 year as Trainee Operation Assistant. On completion of 01 year training, he / she will be re-designated based on performance as Operation Assistant (On Contract) for 04 years.
