Educational Qualification For NEPA Recruitment 2021
Civil Engineer
- BE/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 55%
DCS / QCS Operator
- BE/B.Tech. (IT)/MCA with minimum 55%/ Chemical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering with relevant experience.
Paper Machine Operator
- Diploma in any discipline/ITI in any trade with minimum 55%. Mechanical will be preferable/Minimum 15 years experience in Paper Machine Industry.
ITI ( Fitter , Electrical , Instrument )
- ITI in Fitter / Electrical / Instrument with minimum 55%.
Post Qualification Experience
Civil Engineer
- Minimum 5 Years of experience is required in relevant field. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience.
DCS / QCS Operator
- Minimum 5 Years of experience is required in relevant field. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience
Paper Machine Operator
- Minimum 4 Years of experience is required in Paper Machine operation. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience.
ITI ( Fitter , Electrical , Instrument )
- 2 Years of experience is required in relevant field. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience.

Fixed Pay For NEPA Recruitment 2021
- Civil Engineer - Minimum Rs. 20,000/- PM (Negotiable based on experience)
- DCS / QCS Operator - Minimum Rs. 20,000/- PM (Negotiable based on experience)
- Paper Machine Operator - Minimum Rs. 20,000/- PM (Negotiable based on experience)
- ITI ( Fitter , Electrical , Instrument ) - Rs. 12,000/- PM
NOTE - This is Minimum Salary means your Starting Salary.

Selection Process
- Selection will be made through interview of short listed candidates by online or physical. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle the candidate to be called for interview. NEPA Limited reserves the right the raise the minimum eligibility standards etc. in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview, commensurate with the number of vacancies. The decision of NEPA Limited in this regard will be final.
