Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), is a Mini-Ratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways for fast track execution of Rail projects.

We are looking for dynamic professionals purely on Contract basis from open market for the

following posts, for which applications are invited from Indian citizens

Educational Qualification

• Executive/HR(Contract):Degree from a recognized University. MBA from a recognized University/ Institute will be preferred.

• For Technical Assistant/Civil (Contract):BE/B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering plus Advance Diploma in Information Technology Application with wide knowledge in Computer.

Required Experience 

For Executive/HR (Contract):

• Minimum 10 years working experience in

1.  Indian Railways  OR Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed Company,on contract/temporary/regular basis.
2. Knowledge of SAP
3. Good knowledge of E-Office
4. Experience of handling HR/Establishment matters such as recruitment, hiring, holding DPC, fixation of employments, RTI, grievances and proficiency in Computer.

• For Technical Assistant/Civil (Contract):

1. Minimum 10 years working experience, out of which 05 years’ experience of Civil Engineering Works in a Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed company or under any PMC Organization working for Railway Infrastructure PSU on contract/temporary/regular basis.
2. Excellent knowledge in Contract Management.
3. Preparation of Tender documents with knowledge of Global/open Tender related matters.
4. Preparation of various reports and presentation for high profile meeting

Upper Age limit - Upto 45 years

Terms of Appointment :-  On Contractual basis

Tenure of Contract :- Initially for one year, extendable on annual basis

Puram, New Delhi-110066 or dropped in the Application Box kept in the office of AGM/HR, New Delhi in RVNL Corporate Office on any working day, upto 17.00 hrs. of the closing date i.e. 31-07-2021.
2. Last date for submission of the Application will be 31-07-2021.
3. RVNL will not be held responsible if candidates are not able to submit their application by the last date for whatever reason.
